1) Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date you received them.
2) Return any original invoices, certification and/or paperwork with the item.
3) Merchandise needs to be in the same condition as it was received. Rings resized, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted on return.
4) You will receive 100% refund of the purchase price credited back to the original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of the return. Certain payment methods may take 1-3 business days to full process back to your account after the refund has been initiated.

Instructions for Return : To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an insured prepaid FedEx label. We recommend sending the jewelry back in our original packaging as it is designed to be discreet and protect the items in transit.
Kim Chau & Co. offers a lifetime manufacturing warranty on every piece of jewelry we sell. Any issues present with an item upon receipt and for up to one year after will be covered free of charge and a return shipping label will be provided to get the piece back to us for repairs. The item will get a full inspection upon receipt for manufacturing defects and we will provide a resolution plan for client. In the event the item is beyond repair, Kim Chau & Co. will do our best to either replace the existing item or client may opt for a full purchase refund. We also offer complimentary cleaning and stone tightening for the life of the item.
We understand that through daily wear sometimes accidents do occur. We also offer full repairs, charging you only our cost. We only ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend having your jewelry inspected yearly and insure to protect against lost and theft.
