Shipping & Returns

Enjoy complimentary shipping and returns on all orders. 

Currently, we accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. 

Additional information regarding anything purchased through this website: 

  • All orders are fully insured before shipping by Kim Chau & Co. 

  • Shipments usually take between 3-5 business days after Kim Chau & Co. receives final payment for the order. Please check with your representative in order to verify shipping times specific to your area as they may vary. 

  • Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Therefore, a proper shipping address, telephone number, and name of receiver must be provided before the sale is complete. 

  • No item is shipped until full payment has been received. 

  • Every item is shipped with an invoice. 

  • Kim Chau & Co. will not be held accountable for any shipping delays. However we will help rectify the issue in order to to ensure a quick smooth delivery. 

Standard Ground Shipping: $0

Available on all orders. Please allow 4-7 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. 

Overnight: $40

Orders placed Tuesday-Friday before 3:00PM CST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday before 3:00PM CST will be delivered on Tuesday. Sunday and holiday delivery are unavailable. Next-day delivery is not offered for custom merchandise. 

Return Policy

Within 14 days of purchase products may be accepted for a credit, exchange or return if the following requirements are met

  • All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with sales receipt. 

  • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches. 

  • Personalized, altered, or custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

After 14 days and up to 30 days after purchase products are eligible for credit or exchange only if the same, above requirements are met. 

How do I return an online purchase?

Simply contact us and one of our team members will assist you. If items meet all requirements and are eligible for credit, return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email. Also included in the email will be instructions on how to package our merchandise for shipment. Enclose the return slip on your package and drop off your package at the nearest post office.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business of receiving the merchandise and if all eligibility requirements are met.
